These terms cover the use of this website and enquiries made through it. Specific job terms are confirmed with you directly before any work begins.

Quotes and pricing

We provide an upfront price before starting work. Prices depend on the job, the time of day and your location. Any quote given before we see the job is our best estimate based on what you've told us; if the situation on site is materially different, we'll agree a revised price with you before proceeding.

Our work

We use non-destructive entry wherever practical. Where a lock genuinely cannot be opened that way, we'll explain this and quote any replacement before proceeding. Workmanship on installation and repairs is guaranteed; if something we installed or repaired isn't right, we'll put it right.
